Daniel Library Policies and Procedures
Welcome to the library! We have over 7,000 books for you to look through and check out and much more. In order to visit the library you will need a pass from your teacher. There will be some days that the library is closed due to meetings, classes, or something else. Please look on the door to see if we are open.
When in the library there are a few rules we need to follow:
- No running
- No gum chewing
- No yelling, we can talk but we don’t want to disturb other classes
- Always have fun
- Ask for help
If you want something just ask!
You can only check out 2 books at a time. If you have books already checked out, you will not be able to check new ones out. They can be checked out for up to two weeks, if you are not done with that book just come back and recheck it out! Some students may still have library fines from previous years, those will need to be paid as soon as possible. You will not be able to check out books if that fine is excessive. We will have contests, meetings and fun things happening all throughout the year, so please stop in to participate. If you have questions, comments or suggestions please let me know!!
If the librarian is not in the library, neither are you!
